68520 KP54AZU stands parked for the Weekend in the yard at Worcester Depot 28/11/09
    Welcome
Welcome to my collection of photographs of Vehicles operated by the various companies in the First Group.

these have been placed into groups by their national "Number for Life" which was introduced origionally in 2003, with Potteries being the first fleet to utilise the five figure fleet number system. however some fleets did not renumber their Vehicles for quite some considerable while, so there was origionally no set "Class Number" for a certain type of Chassis, with the early renumberings being done on a random basis, although later renumbering's and New Deliveries seem to have been sorted out alot better,

Each vehicle is given a Five figure number that it is suposed to carry for its entire operational life, however some vehicles that were origionally given a number by Potteries have moved on to other fleets where the new system hadn't been introduced yet, and was susiquently given another "New" number, a couple of vehicles have had this happen to them twice, but all now carry the fleet number that they will keep.

As i'm out photographing frequently, more pictures should appear on a regular basis
